12/19 year olds will workl towards their ASDAN Bronze awards by completing certain challenges. Most of these challenges will be done while they assist the younger participants making their movie.

Youth Afloat

Sailing - Canoeing - Fun - Rowing - Dragon Boating - Games
Youth afloat is DSWC's summer project for London Children. It is open to all children , youth groups and organised summer activity groups in London. Youth Afloat is an important part of the charitable work done by the Centre.

The DSWC Youth Afloat program has been running for 8 Years, and has to date provided over 8000 places for children to access water sports. The program is primarily funded through the fund raising activities of the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre Trust and also the Isle of Dogs Community Foundation. If you are interested in helping to raise funds for Youth Afloat, either as an individual or an organisation, then there are various opportunities available in the fund-raising section of the site.

Week 3 Monday 6th August - Thursday 9th August

St.Andrew’s Wharf Youth Project

Space Youth Drama Summer School

The Space Youth Drama summer school aims to give 12 to 16 year olds a real experience of the theatre. The intensive, exciting course includes worskops on technical skills such as lighting and set design as well as focusing on scriptwriting and performace skills, all with the aim of putting on a final performance at the end of the two weeks.
