Docklands Youth Services was formed in 1998 and is a network of youth and community groups, from the statutory, community and voluntary sectors who meet once a month at George Green’s School in order to share information and to plan and provide services and activities for young people living in the Blackwall Millwall and Cubitt Town wards of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
